Every item on this rack is covered for three months from the day it is delivered to you. If it fails because of how it was made, we replace it or refund you, and you keep the faulty one rather than paying to post it back.
This is our promise and we fund it ourselves. It sits on top of the 30 day return window, which covers changing your mind rather than anything being wrong.

What counts as a defect
- Stitching that comes apart at a seam under normal training loads
- A buckle, strap or fastening that fails or will not hold
- A gripper coil that loses its resistance or separates from a handle
- Leather or webbing that splits rather than wears
- Anything that arrives damaged, which we settle from one photo on any day of the three months
What it does not cover
- Normal wear and tear, meaning surface scuffing, colour fading, chalk staining, and the gradual softening of leather and webbing that comes with use
- Damage from dropping loaded equipment onto the item, cutting it, or using it for something other than training
- Anything modified, cut down, re-stitched or re-dyed after it arrived
- Loss of the chalk fill, which is a consumable and is expected to run out
- Items bought anywhere other than this site
Making a claim
Email the address in the footer with your order number and one photo of the fault. You do not need to fill in a form, register the product or find a receipt, because we already hold the order.
We reply within one business day. If it is a defect we send a replacement or refund you, whichever you prefer, and nothing goes back in the post.
The three months runs from the delivery date, not the order date.
