Questions
Will these stop my calluses?
They keep the bar off bare skin, which is what builds them. Calluses you already have still need filing flat, because a pad does not remove them.
My wrists give out on pressing. Is the support enough?
It is a soft wrap built into the pad, so it steadies the joint rather than bracing it. If overhead presses are failing on wrist position specifically, a stiff dedicated wrap does more than this will.
What size belt do I need?
Measure around your navel standing relaxed, not over jeans and not around your hips. Most people land one size above their trouser size, and if you are between two, take the larger one.
Do you sell protein or supplements?
No. This is accessories only, and it stays that way.
How long does delivery take?
