GuaranteeThree months against manufacturing defects. Read it
Nineteen short sections on the two faults that quietly cap a lifter's numbers: a belt worn in the wrong place at the wrong tension, and a grip that fails before the muscle you were training. It covers where the belt sits, the two-finger tension test, the breath sequence that turns a belt into a pressure wall, and a four-week grip progression you can run alongside your existing programme. It assumes you already train. There is no beginner programme in here, no nutrition and no supplement talk, and the first section argues against buying a belt at all for a meaningful share of the people who do.

Where the belt actually sits

Navel height rather than the ribs, plus the hinge check that catches a belt which only looks right while you are standing still.

The two-finger tension test

Ten seconds, done once, and then the same hole every session, so belt tension stops being a decision made while nervous under a loaded bar.

A grip schedule, not a grip hobby

Four short blocks placed across a training week, under fifteen minutes in total, plus a four-week gripper progression and the point at which to repeat a week instead of adding resistance.

Questions

Do I need to own a belt to use this?

No. The second section is about deciding whether you need one at all, and it argues against a belt for anyone who cannot yet hold a rigid trunk at 70 percent without one.

Is this a training programme?

No. It fixes two specific faults and gives you drills and a progression for them. Whatever programme you are running stays exactly as it is.

I already lift heavy. Is this too basic?

The belt half is fundamentals done properly, so skim it. The grip half separates support, crush, pinch and extension and schedules them, which is the part most experienced lifters have never actually organised.

What size belt do I need?

Measure around your navel standing relaxed, not over jeans and not around your hips. Most people land one size above their trouser size, and if you are between two, take the larger one.

Do you sell protein or supplements?

No. This is accessories only, and it stays that way.
