Questions
What if I cannot close it yet?
Work partial repetitions from a fully open hand and stop the set when the range starts collapsing. Partials load the same tissue, and the full close arrives on its own.
Is 100 lb the right resistance for me?
It is a training resistance rather than a beginner one. If you have never trained grip directly, expect partials for the first few weeks. If you already close 100 lb for sets of ten, you want a heavier gripper than this one.
Can I use it while a hand injury is healing?
Ask whoever is treating you before you do. A gripper loads the fingers and the wrist together, and that is not always what a healing hand wants.
What size belt do I need?
Measure around your navel standing relaxed, not over jeans and not around your hips. Most people land one size above their trouser size, and if you are between two, take the larger one.
Do you sell protein or supplements?
No. This is accessories only, and it stays that way.
How long does delivery take?
